Position Overview : Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our Optical Laboratory. We're seeking a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.
If you're detail-oriented, fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues.
- Perform light office duties as needed.
Necessary Skills :
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledgeable about optical field terminology and practices.
- Familiarity with single vision / progressive lenses, lens materials, PD-height-add-prism.
- Previous experience in an optical store, optometry practice, or laboratory.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
Salary : Competitive, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
