Your Role :
- Lead with Impact : Motivate and support our clinical team to maintain our low turnover rate and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate and Innovate : Facilitate weekly team meetings, manage complex cases, and drive creative strategies to expand our services.
- Excel in Supervision : Oversee 10-15 cases, conduct new client assessments, and ensure ethical and effective implementation of treatment plans.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experienced Leader : BCBA / BCaBA with a valid license and proven track record in ABA.
- Creative Visionary : Someone with innovative ideas for growth and a modern approach to managing personnel.
- Passionate Advocate : A leader who is committed to helping children and has excellent communication skills.
