Job Description :
- As a Program Manager for Global Startup Programs, you will help design, execute, and track the performance of Cloud programs.
- This role will require you to have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, to collaborate cross-functionally to guide our programs to success, and to understand and assess key objectives and metrics that programs are intended to achieve.
- Your primary focus will be to design and execute regular, systematic reporting for key startup initiatives, including our recently launched startup hubs.
- Success will be measured on your ability to develop templated program reporting, develop weekly quantitative and qualitative insights for stakeholders, and to assist in developing long-term, data driven recommendations for startup programs.
Responsibilities :
- Design Weekly Program Reporting : collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create template for weekly reporting of startup program data.
- Conduct and Summarize Weekly Program Analysis : perform data analysis to complete templated weekly reporting for startup programs.
- Prepare End-of-Quarter Program Analysis : outline summary presentations for management and executives, summarizing quarterly and full-year program results for Cloud leadership.
Experience :
- years experience in project or program management.
- years previous experience in technology company, startup, or consulting.
- Strong written communication skills, as the role has a strong focus on communication to management and executives.
Skills :
- Fluency & comfort working with sheets, docs, slides, drive, etc.
- Business analytics software (Looker)
- Salesforce
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical field
