Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of customers to maximize value from investments
Build strategic customer relationships and coordinate executive-level success reviews
Maintain updated customer profiles and ensure proactive engagement throughout the renewal lifecycle
Required Qualifications
BS in Business Management, Economics, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Manager roles
Consistent record of achieving targets, preferably in a sales environment
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
Significant customer-facing experience with enterprise-level accounts
