What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Evaluate development opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis
- Obtain project financing and coordinate negotiation of legal agreements
- Manage development team and monitor construction progress
- Assist with project transition and documentation for ongoing operation
- Advocate for affordable housing and stay informed of public policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Master's degree in architecture, real estate development, finance, planning, economics, or construction management
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in affordable housing development
- Knowledge and experience in California LIHTC
- Success in performing full life cycle of development cycle
- Ability to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting requirements

Demonstrated success in multiple new construction or rehabilitation of LIHTC deals
