An excellent Building Automation Contractor is actively seeking a Sales Manager. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging / exciting projects.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
- This person will be building relationships, responsible for business development, and selling Building Automation Systems to end-users, owners, and contractors.
- Managing a team of sales professionals
- Experience with selling Building Automation, and HVAC Control systems
- Experience with project development, and execution
- Ability to work / interact with field personnel, contractors and customers.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or related
- Qualified individuals will have at least 8+ in the selling in Building Automation or related field.
- Salary is commensurate with years of experience.
