Learn the HVAC controls business and figure out if you are more technical or sales focused. We will train accordingly.
- Work the sales counter.
- Make outbound sales calls.
- Support our customers and projects.
Building Controls & Solutions is the leading North American value-added distributor of Building Automation control products and solutions.
We provide products and services to Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Contractors working on HVAC systems. We offer a wide array of products specializing in HVAC controls & gas detection systems.
Responsibilities :
- Perform outbound calls to Contractors and End Users (Prospects and House Accounts)
- Share BCS marketing information with prospects and customers
- Provide quotations on request
- Enter and process Sales Orders
- Capture and pass sales leads to Branch or Outside Sales team
- Maintain customer Sales Order and Backorder files
- Assist branch plan to increase Counter / Walk-in Sales
- Maintain and grow House Accounts
- Learn to estimate and price jobs
Opportunities in sales or technical are available based on desire, attitude & aptitude.
Qualifications :
- Customer Service experience and desire to serve.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Technical product acumen.
- HVAC experience (nice to have).
- Controls / Building Automation experience (nice to have).
