Job Summary

Develop and implement instructional plans and materials that align with CTE dental assistant curriculum standards. Instruct adult learners in dental anatomy, chairside assisting techniques, infection control procedures, dental radiography, and other relevant topics.

Demonstrate proper use of dental instruments, equipment, and technologies in a clinical setting. Arrange supervised clinical rotations / externships in dental offices where students assist dentists, interact with patients, and perform clinical tasks under supervision.

Requirements / Qualifications

Credential requirements are as follows : California Teaching Credential in Career and Technical Education (CTE) or willingness to obtain one.

Health Benefits : $613.43 / month @ 18 hours or more worked per week. The benefits package includes options for medical, dental, and vision.
