Under the direction of the Employment Program Manager II and the Deputy Division Chief, the incumbent will serve as the EDD Site Supervisor for the America's Job Center of California (AJCC) of Madera.

The incumbent assess, plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the service delivery of EDD programs and services at the Madera AJCC.

The incumbent will ensure that service delivery follows Departmental policies and guidelines; meets the provisions of the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA);

and supports a human-centered service design model. Coordinates with the management team in planning and setting goals, as well as collaborating with partners and other community organizations.

Position is located in Madera. Travel may be required.
