Responsibilities :
- Provide timely updates, respond to queries, and maintain regular communication.
- Develop and share delivery plans with customers.
- Address concerns promptly and take action to resolve issues.
- Actively request customer input to improve services.
- Meet individual customer needs with customized packaging options.
- Assist with product inquiries, order tracking, complaint resolution, and more.
Requirements : 1 year of customer service experience
