WAITER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- ENSURING TOSTAD REGIA CUSTOMERS HAVE A FULLY SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE WHEN ENJOYING THE FOOD THEY ORDERED
- SHOW UP WITH YOUR COMPLETE UNIFORM AND READY TO BEGIN WORK
- KEEP YOUR AREA CLEAN AND FUNCTIONAL, NO TABLES DANCING.
- REPORT AND REMOVE TABLES OR CHAIRS WITH DAMAGES
- ENTER INTO THE ALDELO SYSTEM ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THE CUSTOMER ORDERS BEFORE BRINGING IT TO THE TABLE
- PAY ATTENTION TO THE PREPARATION OF THE FOOD YOU ORDER, DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO DELIVER THEM IN THE SHORTEST TIME POSSIBLE.
- VERIFY THAT THE FOOD YOU SERVE ON THE TABLE MEET THE HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS THAT TOSTADA REGIA ESTABLISHES
- MAKE SURE QUICKLY AFTER THE CUSTOMER TEST THEIR FOOD THAT THEY ARE PREPARED TO THEIR COMPLETE SATISFACTION AND TAKE IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IF NECESSARY
- OBSERVE THE CUSTOMER AND PREVENT THEIR NEEDS
- IMMEDIATELY REPORT ANY CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS TO THE MANAGER
- NEVER REQUEST FOOD IN THE KITCHEN WITHOUT HAVING ENTERED IT INTO THE ALDELO SYSTEM
- SUPPORT DINING COMPANIONS ACCORDING TO NEEDS
- COMPLY WITH THE TASKS ASSIGNED TO YOU
- TAKE CARE OF THE SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS BY OBSERVING THE ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES IN CASE OF SPILLS ON THE FLOORS
- SUPPORT MANAGER ACCORDING TO NEEDS
