Senior Clinical Team Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of nursing personnel in patient care units.

The successful candidate will provide direction to clinical staff, implement work strategies, and ensure proper staffing and smooth operations of the patient care unit. You will also be responsible for meeting the expectations of applicable competencies, such as Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.

Responsibilities :

Organize and oversee patient care delivery during assigned shifts to ensure proper staffing and smooth operations.

Coach and counsel individual team members, monitoring their performance and providing feedback.

Document daily staffing, operational, and administrative records to maintain compliance with governmental policies and procedures.

Provide direction and support to nursing staff, demonstrating respect for patient dignity and rights.

Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in nursing management is preferred.
