• PRN schedule 3-4 shifts per month, mix of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts
• 10 - 20 patients per shift
• Patient population spans all ages and acuity levels
• Procedures include chest tubes, intubation, and complex suturing
• Central line experience preferred but not required
