Labelling Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring an Customer Service Administrator in Fairfield, NJ

Location : Fairfield, NJ

Position : Customer Service Admin

Shift : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay : $23 / hour ; Overtime : $34.50 / hour

Job Description

As a Shipping Clerk, you will work with the ERP system (Inflow) and Excel to process, track, and expedite customer orders, ensuring accuracy with both machines and parts. You will address shipment and delivery inquiries, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and maintain excellent records.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and expedite customer orders for machines and parts using ERP and Excel.
• Address shipment and delivery inquiries promptly.
• Follow up with internal support teams and customers as necessary.
• Monitor and follow up on backorders with Inventory Management.
• Proactively offer parts to customers and follow up on these offers.
• Maintain precise and thorough records of all shipping activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient processes.
• Coordinate tasks for special projects.
• Submit and follow up on customer timelines and communicate any changes.
