Job Overview

Mariani Landscape is currently seeking top talent to join our team as a Seasonal Color Specialist. This position is responsible for meeting client needs by offering high quality seasonal color design, installation and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients at our Lake Bluff office.

Responsibilities and Duties

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Design seasonal color displays : beds, containers, and holiday dcor.
• Assist client representatives with seasonal color and container sales : meet with clients, prepare visual aids, enter proposals in sales software, etc.
• Assist with seasonal color installations on-site : supervise installation crews, layout plant material, water, etc.
• Perform occasional seasonal color maintenance : deadhead, prune, water, fertilize, etc.
• Consistently evaluate work and determine if further steps are needed to meet internal and external client expectations.
• Maintain high standard of quality of all work performed.
• Communicate problems, client concerns, associate matters, etc. to the appropriate Manager in a timely manner.
• Participate in departmental trainings, meetings and other various responsibilities in our Westmont and Lake Bluff offices.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Arrive for each workday on time and prepared.
