Midwest Regional Sales Manager-Flatbed Finishing

A leading US equipment dealer and distributor of European capital equipment used in the Printing and Converting trades is looking for a Midwest Regional Sales Manager to focus on their laser-based cutting machinery.

This equipment is used most often in the printing and packaging trades focusing on labeling and box-making solutions. You can sell in additional markets that include textiles, automotive, and medicine.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in flatbed laser cutting machinery used in printing and packaging. Anyone from the wide format or flexographic printing trades with prior experience selling equipment into those markets are solid candidates and should apply.

Any solid territory sales experience at the dealer level in copiers, printers, and commercial print solutions will be considered for this opportunity.

The starting base salary ranges from $75k to $85k with the earning potential of $120k + first year. A good benefits package is included in the offer.

Expect heavy travel; they are looking for hunters that need a real business development mentality to be successful. Expect over 50% travel in the territory to commercial printers and packaging plants.
