Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain member materials, including Evidence of Coverage and supporting documentationConduct risk assessments and monitor legislation affecting commercial products in high risk statesPrepare and audit member contract documents to ensure compliance and accuracyRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Pre-Law, or related field required;
Master's Degree or Jurisprudence (JD) preferred3+ years of regulatory experience, including creation of regulatory documentation and product filings3+ years of experience in commercial health insurance or a highly regulated industry3+ years of experience drafting and auditing member contract documentationUnderstanding of policy issues impacting the healthcare sector preferred
