Successful client located in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to staff a Sales Development Representative out of the insurance or healthcare industry.
In this Sales Development Representative role, you will resolve customer complaints, coordinate price and delivery terms with the sales team, monitor / track shipments to ensure timely delivery, maintain and update customer accounts, prepare reports as needed, process freight invoices, and perform stock analysis as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role should have an intense passion for client satisfaction, advanced multi-tasking capabilities, superb customer service skills and a strong drive for problem-solving.

The ideal Sales Development Representative will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar.
Other requirements for the Sales Development Representative role include and are not limited to :
- 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative, Strategic Sales Associate or similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar preferred
- Recycling industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of sales principles
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
