Key Responsibilities

Manage Internal Loan Officers, providing coaching, performance reviews, and deal structuring guidance
Oversee loan application support, ensuring compliance and improving lead management processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, lending, or small business advising
Experience managing teams, preferably in a sales or lending environment
Strong knowledge of small business lending products and credit assessment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheet-based analysis
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
