The Director of HR assumes responsibility for the employee programs at the Agency : recruiting

    • programs, mentorship, resource management

  • Designs, plans and implements human resources programs and policies related to

    • staffing, benefits and training / onboarding

  • Fosters an open, respectful and fair working environment
  • Effectively navigates the organization and external partners to leverage resources
  • Compelling thought leadership in the HR Department processes, systems and culture
  • Assists Leadership in compensation modeling

  • Employee turnover targets

    • Base salary 85k-120k plus EXCELLENT benefits and Great Corporate Culture.
