BAYADA Home Health has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Admissions Registered Nurse!! You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients throughout the state of Rhode Island.

One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required and Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :

• Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) :

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
