Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Upto 3400/week

Looking for RNs in the following specialties : Medical-Surgical Critical & Intensive Care Telemetry Surgery Cardiology Emergency Medicine Home Health Perioperative Care Labor & Delivery Pediatrics Trauma Medicine Cath Lab Oncology Dialysis Neurology Wound Care Geriatrics Psychiatry Ob / Gyn Hospice & Palliative Medicine Anesthesiology Radiology Pain Medicine Nephrology Gastroenterology Primary Care Urgent Care Duties : - Provide direct and indirect patient care in a variety of healthcare settings - Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Assist with discharge planning and coordination of follow-up care Experience : - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting - Experience in pain management, acute care, or ICU preferred - Proficient in medical terminology and medication administration - Familiarity with pediatric nursing principles and practices - Strong knowledge of discharge planning and health coaching techniques Skills : - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare settings As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare facilities across different locations.
