Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer
Job Type : C2C / W2 / 1099
Experience : 3 to 6 years
Location : Mcminnville Oregon
Responsibilities :
- Need 4 Years of experience candidates.
- Maintain existing apps create new and / or enhance division power apps with backend integration to SQL.
- Performs installation of desktop software products as approved by client.
- Able to support Windows & basic iMac devices break fix Issues.
- Image and reimage the Laptops and install approved software
- Completes necessary administrative work to track and demonstrate completion of tasks in the ServiceNow ITSM tool
- Participates and communicates effectively with team members.
- Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and improved customer relations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft desktop products.
- Perform basic AD user management activities
- Troubleshoot Printer issues.
Qualification :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
