RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

Work 12-hour night shifts from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM

13-week assignment duration

Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process

Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in patient care

Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department

Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience

Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care

Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS

3-5 years recent Emergency Department RN experience required

Active Arkansas or multistate license required

Must follow state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures
