My client, a multi-state firm, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to lead up their office in Long Beach. This is a succession plan for their current CA Partner - and the opportunity to transition the CA practice completely over the next couple of years while also having the support of a large firm behind you.
Mentorship and training is available for a candidate coming from a different area of practice. Remote opportunity with a great firm, a substantial billable hour bonus structure, and interesting cases.
Ideal candidates will have 5-10+ years of litigation experience and will possess an interest in commercial, construction, and general insurance coverage / defense litigation matters.
Billable hour requirement is 1800 annually. Mechanical bonus structure can lead to $30k in earnings in addition to salary.
Compensation is BOE.
