Picket is seeking a Treasury Leader based in the Nashville metro area to drive the build-out of our banking infrastructure to support operating at scale, develop our cash planning and forecasting capability, and own the working capital cycle and related daily cash management.
Expectations
Develop and maintain an efficient and scalable banking infrastructure to support corporate and client needs; open accounts and own related KYC;
close dormant accounts
- Develop and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast that aligns to the annual corporate budget / forecast
- Work cross-functionally within Picket to ensure client accounts maintain funding and vendor payments are made per terms
- Demonstrates real world experience setting up and managing payment acceptance, using virtual accounts or wallets for custody of client (third party money)
- Manage off-shore AP-team and coordinate within Picket to ensure timely AR collection
- Manage investment accounts to ensure appropriate corporate operating liquidity
- Implement and maintain an appropriate control environment, ensuring regulatory compliance for relevant accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in treasury / cash management
- Experience working with off-shore resources and developing a growing team
- Payments / virtual account / wallet experience desired
- Operating complex banking infrastructure; regulated environment a plus
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
