Senior Tax Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tax compliance across various clients and industries
- Analyze complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions
- Oversee SOX compliance related to tax matters
- Demonstrate financial acumen in advising clients on tax implications
- Provide expertise in private equity, estate planning, and budgeting
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support tax strategies
- Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or related field, preferably in a large CPA firm
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Pay : $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
