Accounting Administrative Clerk

Gene Messer Ford Lubbock is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Accounting Administrative Clerk to our team. This position will be responsible for scanning documentation as well as light accounting and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with filing and scanning and organization of department records.
  • Light accounting
  • Data entry

    • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years administrative experience in office setting.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
  • Willingness to work well with others
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
  • All applicants must be willing to submit to pre-employment testing to include : background checks, MVR, and hair follicle drug testing in order to qualify for employment
