Days off will be every Sunday and EITHER Tues., Wed., or Thurs. (second day off will be set during orientation.)

Orientation : Has to be scheduled on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday - 8 : 30 am until approximately noon

Requirement :

OH License Dialysis tech certification Required.

6 month months of experience needed.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Functions (including but not limited to)

patient prescription

order or unit protocol

appropriately

established protocols and individual patient requirements

displacement or infiltration, clotting episodes, blood leaks, air eboli, etc., and initiates CPR in the event of a

cardiac or respiratory arrest

access according to unit protocol

case of, vascular accesses, etc.

and participates in the multidisciplinary process

care and services (CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and other governing agencies)
