Ama is seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for Italian cuisine.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our established recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure the proper cooking and presentation of all dishes, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cucina and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
- Contribute to menu development and special promotions by providing creative input and feedback.
Qualifications :
- Must have availability for a 7 day work week.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handler’s certification is a plus.
