Our client is a Not-for-Profit in Queens looking for a Chief of Staff to join their team.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and board members to develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and staff, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to foster a cohesive organizational culture.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provides assistance with preparing departmental budgets as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's required
- 5+ years of Admin experience.
- Must have experience overseeing direct reports.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Hybrid position : located in LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS
The annual base salary range is $120k to $160k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things.
Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
