Location : Oasis Clinical Research, 4488 S Pecos Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121
Status : Non-exempt (hourly)
Compensation : $15.00 - $17.00
Position Summary : We are seeking a reliable and experienced Receptionist to join our growing team at Elite Clinical Network.
This position functions as an interface with patients, physicians, and staff, and is responsible for handling all incoming calls in an appropriate, timely, and efficient manner.
Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
Essential Duties :
- Answer clinic phones and direct calls appropriately
- Become educated on all studies to accurately inform patients of their allotted compensation, doctor visits, etc.
- Schedule appointments for patients according to patient preference and written protocols
- Perform computer data entry in registration, scheduling, and other programs as assigned
- Update patient recruitment portals promptly and accurately
- Provide patient study compliance follow-up as needed
- Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area and lobby
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
