RN ORSpecialty Team Lead PositionSummary

Position assumes a leadrole for an assigned surgery services service line. Providesprofessional nursing care within the intraoperative areas.

Coverspre-op / PACU as needed. Position responsible for anticipatingphysician needs, maintaining preference cards, training newemployees.

Liaises with Supply Chain Management / EnvironmentalServices / Central Sterile Processing to ensure that the service linehas sufficient supplies.

Scrubs / Circulates as needed. Floats asrequired. Liaises with Physician / Surgeon to understand physicianpreferences related to room setup, availability of supplies,operating environment, etc.

Call is required forthis position. Must reside within a 30radius.

THE RN OR ROBOTICSSPECIALTY TEAM LEAD FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWINGEDUCATION, LICENSE / CERTIFICATIONS, ANDEXPERIENCE.

MINIMUMEDUCATION : Associates Degree inNursing

PREFERREDEDUCATION : Bachelors Degree inNursing

MINIMUMEXPERIENCE : 3 - 5 year of operating roomexperience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : 5 years of operating roomexperience

REQUIREDCERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURE : Current RN license in thestate of Arizona, or compactstate.

PREFERREDCERTIFICATIONS / REGISTRATION : CNOR

SPECIAL SKILLS : Ability to operate in stressful situations, acts with diplomacy.Learns physician preferences and applies knowledge to workingenvironment.
