A Design-Build firm in the GREENVILLE SOUTH CAROLINA area is looking for a proven Senior Project Manager with a strong background on diverse light industrial construction projects.
They are also considering Project Managers with enough experience who are looking to take the next step as a Senior Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Oversee and assist with various projects and project managers
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
- Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed
- Client follow-up and retention
Skills and Requirements :
- Industrial / Commercial Construction Management degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout
- Excellent time management skills
- Extensive experience in cost controls
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
