Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Lincoln Park, GA.
This role is critical for supporting students in a self-contained setting and will run from ASAP through May 22, 2025. The school year began on August 1st, so we need someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address students behavioral needs.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to track progress and effectiveness of behavior interventions.
- Provide direct support in a self-contained classroom setting, working closely with students and staff to ensure the successful application of behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and adjust behavior plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior intervention techniques and strategies.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in self-contained classroom settings and with behavior intervention plans is preferred.
- Strong skills in data collection, behavior analysis, and intervention implementation.
- Excellent munication and collaboration abilities.
