· Property Inspection Experience (Preferred)
· General Construction Knowledge
· Availability: Weekdays for inspections and training
· Background Check Required
· Smartphone and Reliable Vehicle Needed

· Route, Perform, and Excel: Conquer inspections in your assigned territory.
· Beat the Clock: Meet 15-20 day service deadlines.
· Snap & Sketch: Capture the essence of homes, outbuildings, and more. Input your findings onto our cutting-edge system.
Why Millennium Rocks:
· Fees: Get paid per inspection, direct to your account on the 10th and 25th of each month as a proud 1099 Independent Contractor.
· Fee Range: Score big with exterior inspections ($10.00-$20.00) and interior inspections ($40-$90)
· Take Charge: Control your inspection schedule and your business as a 1099 contractor.
