Pay Rate : $21.65 / hour
Overview :
We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to handle written correspondence and resolve customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. This role focuses on achieving first-time resolution whenever possible while documenting detailed records of all customer interactions. CSRs will research issues, collaborate with internal experts, and assist in clearing a backlog of customer inquiries.
This is an onsite role in Little Rock, AR, with three weeks of training and scheduled breaks, including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day off.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via written correspondence with professionalism and empathy.
- Strive for first-time resolution for all customer issues.
- Document all interactions and pertinent information accurately in the system.
- Conduct research and contact internal subject-matter experts as needed to resolve inquiries.
- Navigate difficult or upset customer interactions with care and professionalism.
- Participate in training programs and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Skills & Requirements :
General office worker; sedentary work with minimal travel within walking distance of primary worksite.Ability to express empathy, handle upset customers, and maintain professionalism under pressure.Strong written communication skills required.Claims experience is a plus.Ability to attend onsite work Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM.Education & Experience :
Must meet one of the following :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university; ORTwo (2+) years of college coursework (minimum 48 credit hours) plus one (1) year of experience in a specialized customer service environment; ORHigh school diploma or equivalent with two (2+) years of experience in a specialized customer service environment.
