What You'll Do :

  • Deliver engaging instruction in both virtual and in-person classroom settings
  • Teach and mentor students using an established curriculum and provided materials
  • Lead by example with a strong sense of professionalism and industry knowledge
  • Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment
  • Use technology to enhance instruction and student interaction
  • Build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (required)
  • Previous teaching or training experience is a plus , but not required
  • Comfortable using technology in a classroom and remote setting (Tech-savvy is a must)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine passion for helping others succeed
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust and rapport
