Position : IT Infrastructure Administrator
Location : Remote

Job Summary :
The Infrastructure Administrator provides technical and administrative support for the company's IT infrastructure to maximize the efficiency of the network.
Support the operation, maintenance, administration, and problem resolution of hardware, applications, and services within the organization's core infrastructure technologies.
Provide technical support when incidents or requests are escalated and need an advanced solution. Support hardware, applications, and services to be assigned as needed
Education & Experience :
Associates Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Must have Two Azure storage server VMs that we need to move to Azure Storage
One Azure VM running IIS, hosting multiple urls. that we need to move to Azure App Services
Possibly moving Azure SQL VMs to Azure SQL MI
Azure Storage Account setup and sync services
Azure App Services / DevOps and t-shooting
Azure Container Apps and t-shooting
SQL MI
Knowledge of InTune and troubleshooting InTune, including AutoPilot
Azure networking, security, and best practices
Knowledge of Microsoft (Active Directory, DHCP, and Citrix environments
Knowledge of Networking and End-points computing products
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki experience a plus
Industry certifications in one or more of the following areas : CISSP or any security certification, Cisco, Microsoft
Knowledge of ITIL change, incident, problem configuration management, and capacity planning
