Receptionist
Parc Provence, a premier Senior Living Community, is now hiring for a Full Time or Part Receptionist. Parc Provence is a state-of-the art Memory Care Community for Seniors with Alzheimer's or Dementia.
We are seeking a mature, dependable and professional individual to greet everyone at the front desk with exceptional customer service.
This position can be flexible with scheduling during the week, but must be available to work some weekends.
Job Summary :
The receptionist is responsible for attending the front desk, and operating the front desk systems, including but not limited to, telephone, intercom, weather radio, computer, security camera and 2-way radio.
Responsibilities :
- Answer all inquiries according to policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, visitors, or staff and direct them to appropriate departments or individuals
- Screen all individuals entering the community and exercise good judgment in granting entrance.
- Be professional in appearance and demeanor, friendly and courteous at all times.
- Sort all mail.
- Enforce visitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain tracking systems for mailings, addresses and liability certificates.
Qualifications :
- Outstanding customer service skills, friendly, compassionate
- General knowledge of office procedures
- Ability to provide Professional Service at all times, no matter the situation
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute professional judgement when needed
