Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and new wages ranging from $38.71 - 41.05 / hour.
Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the Lake City Care Center in Lake City, MN for our TCU (transitional care unit) patients physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to skilled nursing facility, state and federal guidelines.
- Part-time Nursing schedule includes;
- 32 hours in two weeks
- Night shift
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Partial Benefits : (paid time off, matching retirement dollars, DHS education scholarships)

- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
- RN Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required :
- Vocational / Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
- Current MN RN license
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and / or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
0-1 years of experience
Preferred :
- 0-3 years of experience
- TCU LPN / RN experience
- Basic computer skills
- Point Click Care knowledge
