A company is looking for a Group Insurance Research & Proposal Specialist to manage and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute standard and custom RFPs with support from senior team members
Develop relationships with sales and underwriting teams to prioritize and deliver quality proposal responses
Utilize proposal management tools and collaborate with various business partners to ensure timely completion of proposals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in insurance or financial services
Foundational knowledge of group insurance products is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Previous proposal experience or willingness to obtain relevant certification
