Job Summary

Rivia Mind Psychotherapists provide clinical social work services to patients through a primarily telehealth environment.

Our practice leverages clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care and reliable service. This individual will utilize their expertise in Psychotherapy modalities (i.

e. CBT, MI, DBT, etc.) and collaborate within a dynamic and supportive interdisciplinary team to foster continued learning and growth.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind's culture, values, and guiding principles
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.)
• Provide clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment
• Service and maintain a weekly average standard of 31 patients
• Coach patients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provide therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes
• Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems
• Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation
• Participation in Rivia Mind supervision groups, trainings, and attendance of department and organization meetings
• Weekly Group Supervision
• Weekly or Bi-Weekly 1 : 1 Supervision
• Weekly Clinical-Wide Meeting
• Promote a friendly work culture that encourages a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment that benefits individuals well-being, self-improvement and potential
• Perform other related role and team function duties as assigned by department and group leaders

Qualifications

Required Education Level : Master's

Education Details : Masters in Social Work

Licensure / Certification Requirements

• LSW New Jersey State License to Practice Social Work
• Modality Certifications preferred

Additional Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

• At least one(1) year of experience practicing Psychotherapy
• Confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions
• Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting
• Use of Psychotherapy Modalities for Individuals

• Electronic health records (EHR) Software
• Crisis Management
• Intake Evaluation, DSM Diagnosis and Formation of Treatment Plans

Compensation & Employment Details

Pay Range : $60,000 - $80,000

Employment Status : Full Time (30 - 40 hours a week patient standard and compensation will be proportionate)

Exemption Status : Exempt W-2

Work Environment : Remote

Work Schedule

We collaborate with each provider to determine a mutually beneficial and sustainable schedule. Our focus is to develop a supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and the providers' preferences.

Full-Time Position (Assuming 40 hours a week) :

• Cumulative 40 hours a week - within our hours of operation of M-F : 8am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 5 pm
• Include at least 4 or more hours within your schedule to be after 5pm on a Weekday, or to have hours on the weekend.
• On-call is also not required, but checking and responding to emails on a daily basis is
• If Hybrid, one day per week on-site is required and it would be the same day of the week each week (I.e. Every Monday)
• Having a consistent weekly schedule is necessary, but start and end times per day can be different each day of the week as a set recurring schedule.
• For example, your schedule could be Monday : 9am to 5pm, Tuesday : 11am to 7pm, Wednesday : 8am to 6pm, Thursday : 10am to 6pm, Friday : 8am to 2pm.

Your schedule will be determined with you prior to starting the role.
