Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Supervisor Position

We are seeking a supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and employees.

This is a Monday - Friday evening position that does require a weekend rotation. Responsibilities include :

• Facilitate communication between quality assurance, clients & custodians to insure all needs are being met
• Perform quality assurance inspections and correct deficiencies
• Train staff

Requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must have previous experience coaching & supervising multiple positions / employees. Cleaning is required as we are a janitorial service. Shift is Monday - Friday beginning at 4 : 00 p.m. or 5 : 00 p.m. A weekend rotation is required. Bilingual preferred - Strong verbal / written communication & average math skills a must. Must be able to write reports and manage budgets. Valid Driver's License and Background Check required.

Must have supervisor experience and commercial cleaning experience.

Job Position Description

Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.

Compensation : $15.00 an hour and up
