As a RN at Mon Health you will coordinate total patient centered care ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
AssessmentThe registered nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health and / or situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
DiagnosisThe registered nurse analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Outcomes IdentificationThe registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
PlanningThe registered nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternative to attain expected outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
ImplementationThe registered nurse implements the identified plan by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
EvaluationThe registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Heavy WorkExerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and / or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and / or in excess of 20 lbs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : ASN; BSN Preferred
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department experience
Licensure / Certifications : WV or Compact State RN License in good standing, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
Must have passed or have scheduled their ESI course.
Must be comfortable mixing medication drips including TNK / TPA.
Strong EKG / Tele interpretations skills
Exemplary attendance record
Prior Travel Nursing experience preferred.
Experience with different EMRs preferred
