Job Overview : As a Remote Product Manager at Fortescue, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and market demands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are key to success.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Fortescue’s overall goals and market needs.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and launch initiatives.

Facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

Roadmap Development : Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends.

User-Centric Design : Champion the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting usability tests, and ensuring that product enhancements meet user needs and expectations.

Performance Monitoring : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and user engagement.

Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and iterations.

Stakeholder Management : Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders across the organization. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and support.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience.

Experience in the mining, resources, or technology sectors is a plus, but not required.
