Corporate Associate Attorney| $165k-$180k| Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Charlotte office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic corporate practice group representing both public and private companies across a wide range of industries.

What You’ll Do

Advise clients on commercial contract issues, corporate governance, and general business matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and other commercial agreements.

Support mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate transactions.

Provide practical, business-minded counsel directly to clients across a variety of corporate and commercial projects.

Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Bring

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission (preferred).

3+ years of corporate transactional experience.

Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and contribute.
