Interim HealthCare is currently recruiting for RNs / LPNs who want to focus on one on one care in the home.
The client is in St.
Charles, MO. Client is seeking immediate hire for in home care.
Seeking to find multiple RN's / LPNs to join their team of caregivers as they have multiple additional staff members at their home for cooking, cleaning, transportation and security to name a few.
All shifts are available for mornings and overnights.
This position will be long term and consistent.
Daily hours will be 12 hour shifts.
Pay is based on experience.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and has a current license as a RN / LPN in the state(s) in which he / she practices.
- At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN / LPN or completion of the Office's preceptor program.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN / LPN license in Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
Requirements :
- Valid RN / LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
