Hospice Case Manager RN
HealthCare Support is actively seeking Travel Hospice Case Manager RNs for a 13-week contracts located in multiple cities across Pennsylvania : Danville, Hanover, Johnstown, Lewistown, Oxford, Pottstown, Wilkes-Barr, York, and additional locations may be available during interview!

Required Qualifications for this Hospice Case Manager RN Role :
- Active RN license
- 1 year experience within this specialty
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience with HCHB ideal
Details of this Hospice Case Manager RN Role :
- Traveler Compensation : $2200 - $2400 gross weekly dependent on location (includes weekly stipend)
- Local Hourly Rate : $ 50.00 to $ 54.00 an hour
- Number of Shifts Weekly : 5
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours : 40
- Must be willing to work weekday and weekend on-call rotation
