Responsibilities :
- Monthly Case Reviews
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Requesting medical records and bills
- In-depth analysis of medical records and bills
- Verifying all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and presented for maximum recovery
- Draft and send demand letters
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
- Fostering and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Skills :
- Possess strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work with multiple attorneys.
- Excellent attention to detail (including time management and accuracy).
- Positive attitude, and a team player mentality.
- Applicants must have prior working knowledge of the personal injury field with 3-5 years of experience working as a Case Manager (Paralegal) in a personal injury law office, handling auto accident cases.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-litigation case management
- Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software

Pay range and compensation package : $28.85-33.65 / hr
